HOMEMADE PUFFY PAINT RECIPE

Puffy paint aka, no drip paint, aka THE BEST paint for indoor play! if you have nothing planned for today, set this up! It is one of the funnest things to paint with. I mean, painting indoors with regular plaint is terrifying at times. There are so many slow motion “NOOOs” and close calls that it makes it not worth while at times. But kids love to paint and it is great for their creativity. So we find ways around it, and this is a good starter paint that does not drip, is mess free, and helps us moms breath a little. It dries well but takes a little longer than usual.

MATERIALS:

  1. Glue

  2. Shaving Cream

  3. Food Coloring

  4. Ziplock Bag

  5. Scissors

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Add equal parts glue and shaving cream in a bowl.

  2. Add food coloring and mix well.

  3. Add the paint to a ziplock bag

  4. Close the bag and cut a small piece of corner off.

  5. Squeeze the paint through the opening.

In the video, I show you a really fun way of using the paint but I use it with regular brushes as well. It is amazing for painting on vertical surfaces (paper taped to the wall.)
