Tip: If you want to make air fryer sweet potato fries check your air fryer settings as each air fryer might be different. Some tips to ensure crispy delicious fries are to avoid overcrowding the tray, too many fries might result in soggy finish, and to. try flipping the fries half way through cooking time to get an overall crispy texture.

You can make these fries with white potatoes too, just use parmesan cheese instead of mozzarella cheese.

They make a great side dish for burgers, chicken nuggets, chicken tenders, grilled chicken, or steak. If you have any leftovers, I recommend storing them in an airtight container the fridge for up to five days. To crisp them up again, reheat them in the oven or air fryer.

DOES AIR FRYING SWEET POTATOES DESTROY NUTRIENTS?

Yes, air frying sweet potatoes can destroy some of the nutrients in sweet potatoes. However, air-fried sweet potatoes are still full of nutrients and certainly healthier than deep-fried sweet potatoes.
