TOOTHPICK COLOR MATCHING ACTIVITY

Sensory activity for the little ones to practice fine motor skills and color matching. This can be a great way to reuse and repurpose any styrofoam you might have at home. Just make sure you supervise your kids as they complete these activity as the toothpicks can be sharp and styrofoam could potentially be a choking hazard.

MATERIALS:

  1. Reused styrofoam

  2. Paint Sticks

  3. Toothpicks

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Use a flat styrofoam, preferably rectangular.

  2. Draw colored squares with different paint sticks.

  3. Use colored toothpicks for your kids to match with the correct colors and pin them to the styrofoam.
